We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.

While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.


Are you a caring individual with a passion for making a positive difference in someone's life? We're searching for a dedicated live-in carer to provide exceptional support and companionship to an elderly gentleman in the comfort of his own home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a cheerful gentleman who is looking for an additional member to join his team and support with his complex care needs within his own home in Leeds.

As a live-in carer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly gentleman.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medication management, attending to his clinical needs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and engaging in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.

He is a kind-hearted individual who values independence and dignity.

He enjoys reminiscing about his life experiences, listening to music, going out in the local community, and spending quality time with his loving family.

He is looking for a caring companion who can help with daily tasks while respecting his preferences and routines.


It is essential to hold a driving licence for this position as you will be required to drive his adapted vehicle to support with accessing the community

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Valid Driving Licence

Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:

  • Spinal Injury Experience
  • Nebuliser support
  • Cough Assist experience
  • Catheter care
  • Bowel Management
  • Willingness to provide companionship and emotional support

We have the following shifts available

  • Full Time & Part Time Live in available
  • Mixture of day shifts and sleep ins
  • 12hour shifts

Weekdays Live in 24 Hours:
£170.50 per day

Weekends Live in 24 Hours:
£185.00 per day

Bank Holiday Live in 24 Hours: £185.00 per day
