Recruiting driven and ambitious Even cordiantor in London

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budget.
Assist in the development of event concepts, themes, and designs.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
Create detailed event timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Handle any onsite issues or emergencies that may arise during events.
Manage RSVP lists and attendee communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance the event experience
Assist with fundraising efforts for nonprofit events

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in event management software and tools.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
