Our client is a globally leading pharmaceutical company, who are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team on a 12-month contract basis.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the office in Burgess Hill.Responsibilities
- You will enable global and affiliate teams to think with a CX journey centric mindset
- You will support in designing, developing and piloting rollouts of solutions that contribute to an improved customer experience
- You will identify opportunities of helping our affiliates working in a journeycentric approach and implement our journey centric capabilities
- You will establish close collaborations with the key stakeholders (affiliates) for the project implementation of journeycentric capabilities, constantly seek for opportunities to further improve and develop CX management
- You will work closely with affiliates to design new experiences and implement them.
Requirements:
- Master in innovation management, business administration or higher education, or by experience
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business sense
- Strategic and conceptual thinking
- Experience in CX management and journey mapping
- Experience in CX management solutions/ technologies
- Strong team player in multidisciplinary teams with high empowerment
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in Google Slides
- Ability to structure and deliver presentations
- Highly resultoriented with proven ability to work against ambitious timelines
- Ability to design and implement new experience with countries and local teams
- Strong change management skills
- Ability to drive topics by themselves
- Prior work experience (25 years). In life sciences, consulting or large companies would be an asset
- English required, any other languages (German, Spanish, or Chinese) nice to have
- Ability to travel (1015%)
