We are looking to recruit an experienced
Transport Administrator to join our
Planned Maintenance Team based at our Gravesend HQ.

Working hours:
Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

Transport Administrator Role

You will be managing the administration for a fleet of company vehicles ensuring all vans comply with road safety standards (tyre tread depth, etc.), monitoring and maintaining records for van servicing, MOTs, repairs, and cost.

Creating and providing weekly/monthly reports for the Transport Manager.

Dealing with all Penalty Charge Notices including sending appeal letters to refute PCNs, identify PCN trends linked to specific assets and drivers, plus assisting with monitoring fuel spend and reporting on this data.

You will need to be able to work using your own initiative and have a good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel & Word along with SharePoint or similar Cloud-based file storage systems.

Competent administration experience, ideally previous experience in a similar role, although training will be given
Strong oral and written communication skills able to build robust working relationships
