Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving enquiries or issues and arranging engineer visits.

This is a full-time position based in our lovely offices in Newtown.

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer enquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
Enter customer information and inquiries into the database with accuracy
Provide product information, pricing details, and resolve complaints or issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in phone etiquette, maintaining professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as 25 days holiday + bank holidays per year, with an option to purchase additional holidays if desired, company events, pension, 2 x salary life assurance.
