As a Technical Business Analyst you will kickstart your career in the corporate world. Therefore, extensive training and resources will be available to you. However, being a self-starter with genuine can-do attitude will get you far.

Here are some of the responsibilities:

• Work in the Insurance Products team and more specifically, to do with Schemes
• Help clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use the highly configurable and complex systems
• Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach
• Gather client requirements and turn these into detailed, unambiguous and accurate specifications
• Manage the build of sometimes complex implementations, and ensure this is done to specification
• Continuously monitor and improve high tech solutions
• Support the sales team by contributing to client proposals including presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients

Requirements for the role:

• Business fluent command of French language, both spoken and written
• Achieved a 2:1 (Mention Bien) or above at Bachelor's level in a STEM subject including Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering
• Excellent A-levels, minimum AAB (or 15/20 Baccalauréat) including an A in Maths
• Very strong communication skills
• Based close to or willing to relocate to Birmingham or London as this is a hybrid position
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Logical, well organised and practical
• Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
• The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
• Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts

A starting salary of £30,500 - £32,500 p.a. is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work remotely up to 3 days a week.
