Are you passionate about sport and wellness, looking for a full-time role and open to the opportunity to work at the world's leading luxury department store?
We are set to open a Therabody concession in Harrods, early April 2023 and are recruiting a Retail Sales advisors to become part of this exciting new venture.
Our client, Therabody is a pioneer in the wellness technology space, developing products and services that optimize human performance and unlock the body's natural ability to achieve health and well-being.
This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales advisors who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing in your role:
Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
Building a great rapport with customers
Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
Converting interest into sales
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Ensuring the space always has premium standards
What experience you'll need to be successful:
Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
Excellent communication skills
A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
Additional languages would be advantageous
Training
In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
Harrods induction and service training
Plus 10% quarterly bonus
