    HR Advisor

    In this key role, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR queries, providing valuable guidance on processes and low-level Employee Relations. Essential for success is a keen interest in personal development within the HR or L&D field.

    Requirements:

    1. Prior HR experience in a busy office.
    2. Ability to create and deliver training, offering management coaching.

    Responsibilities:

    1. First point of contact for general employee inquiries and HR Inbox management.
    2. Support Group Senior HR Advisor in Employee Relations.
    3. End-to-end ER support for low-risk cases and performance management.
    4. Update and maintain HR profiles.
    5. Chase new starter documentation, ensuring compliance.
    6. Proactively ensure new starters are equipped and trained.
    7. Log visa expiry dates and manage renewals.
    8. Update confidential information, respecting Data Protection.
    9. Generate monthly HR data reports, identifying improvement opportunities.
    10. Assist in creating eLearning modules.
    11. Conduct training sessions for junior employees.
    12. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
    13. Own the competency matrix, keeping it updated.
    14. Update training records.
    15. Provide feedback and data from learning initiatives.
    16. Encourage eLearning completion.

    Essential Skills:

    • Willingness to study for CIPD Level 5.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Previous HR administration experience.
    • Fast learner with strong computer skills.
    • Self-starter with excellent time management.
    • Strong work ethic and confidentiality.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure.
    • Prioritisation skills and commercial awareness.
    • Independent work ethic.
