- Chase new starter documentation, ensuring compliance.
- Proactively ensure new starters are equipped and trained.
- Log visa expiry dates and manage renewals.
- Update confidential information, respecting Data Protection.
- Generate monthly HR data reports, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Assist in creating eLearning modules.
- Conduct training sessions for junior employees.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Own the competency matrix, keeping it updated.
- Update training records.
- Provide feedback and data from learning initiatives.
- Encourage eLearning completion.
- Willingness to study for CIPD Level 5.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Fast learner with strong computer skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management.
- Strong work ethic and confidentiality.
