    My client is an expanding international company with expertise in high-performance computing and data infrastructure. They are powering and enabling rapid growth across Generative AI, cloud capability and cryptocurrency mining.

    The current priority is to hire a Head of Investor Relations (IR). This pivotal role involves overseeing connections between the company and investors, shareholders, and the financial community, reporting to the Group COO and CFO during the company's ongoing growth phase.

    They excel in AI-driven High-Performance Computing and Infrastructure as a Service, whilst also having an extensive track record in cryptocurrency mining, they are committed to furthering the green credentials within cloud data centre infrastructure space.

    The company has a significant presence in North America and Europe, extensive real work physical technology assets and a brand which is increasingly visible on the global stage.

    The Head of Investor Relations (IR) holds a pivotal position in managing relationships between the company and its investors, shareholders, and the financial community.

    Responsibilities:

    1. IR Strategy Development and Implementation: Creating and executing comprehensive investor relations plans aligned with strategic goals.
    2. Corporate Messaging: Ensuring consistent, accurate messaging about the company's performance and initiatives.
    3. Investor Communication: Establishing an effective communication strategy for investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
    4. Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation and distribution of financial reports for various investor engagements.
    5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring timely and accurate financial disclosure and adherence to regulations.
    6. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
    7. Market Intelligence: Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to shape the company's IR strategy.
    8. Investor Meetings and Events: Coordinating engagements to promote the company's investment potential.
    9. Feedback Collection: Gathering and analysing investor and analyst feedback to aid decision-making.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of finance, accounting, and capital markets.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for conveying complex financial information.
    • Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing financial data and market trends.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with German regulations.
    • Strategic Thinking: Aligning IR strategies with corporate objectives.
    • Presentation Skills: Ability to present financial information convincingly.
    • Language: Proficiency in German preferred.

    Experience:

    • 10+ years' experience in investor relations, finance, or related fields.
    • Experience as Head of IR or equivalent function elsewhere.
    • Prior experience managing relationships with investors and financial media.
    • Previous experience with a listed company.
    • Experienced gained in Tech infrastructure, cloud computing, business to business service providers and market disruptors might all bring valuable insights.
    • Crypto experience and German language or markets considered beneficial.
    • Leadership experience and strategic planning in an IR capacity preferred.
