We have an exciting opportunity for a Telecoms Co-ordinator to join our client based in Newark-On-Trent on a full-time basis.

During an exciting time for the Company, we are looking for a self-starter who is enthusiastic and proactive to joining them in working and offering Telecoms solutions too small to medium enterprises, corporate businesses, Councils, Education and Healthcare arenas.

Responsibilities of the role (but not limited to):

To receive and process all sales orders and reporting back the progress of orders.
Raise number ports and broadband orders with Gamma and monitor throughout.
Monitor and manage relations with suppliers. Liasing with them and clients to ensure all completed works are logged and invoiced correctly.
Receive and process orders for additions and extras, liaising with the customers to complete paperwork.
Raise installation projects and take responsibility for the install calendar whilst being mindful of potential issues that may affect timescales.
Preparing reports on works in pipeline to sales and line management.

The Telecoms Co-Ordinator must be able to coordinate the delivery of projects and ensure installations are complete in a timely fashion.

Previous experience dealing with GAMMA, Ability and Beyond would be desirable but is not essential.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30

Salary:
£24,000k per annum.
