We are looking for a Physical Design Manager to manage our client's backend design team based in Berkshire.
This company is a successful multinational company delivering ASIC design services to a broad base of customers worldwide.

They are looking for a Physical Design Manager to take the reigns of the company's backend design practice and manage the delivery of cross-disciplinary projects.

The Physical Design Manager will build and manage a growing team of digital backend designers, as well as DFT and analog engineers.

The right candidate will be an energetic Physical Design expert looking to grow in a Managerial role. Expertise in Digital Backend / Physical Design, with an in-depth understanding of the RTL-GDSII flow
Capable of effectively managing project delivery, in terms of quality, cost and schedule
An excellent communicator in English

Hybrid working is available from our client's Berkshire design centre, which is easily accessible from the M4.
