    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing I to join our Markets Operations Investigations team. This role is located in Manchester in a HYBRID role.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the Business in carrying out reconciliation and investigations functions in relation to FX transactions.
  • Investigate simple and complex exceptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying causes. Liaise with Business and/or Processing teams to communicate and implement process improvements.
  • Analyse trends and present findings with recommendations to direct process improvements.
  • Ensure proper review of aging items and adherence to aging standards for exceptions.
  • Interact with clients and across business areas as required.
  • Escalate issues and queries to management as appropriate.
  • Assist in technical testing and implementation of software/process changes as needed.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • + years of work experience in Securities Finance and/or Foreign Exchange preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, TLM, CIA, Global preferred
