    Job Description:

    Lead excellent inventory management across all 3rd party storage locations. Be the Functional Expert working autonomously with other functions to challenge stock accuracy in quantity, status and expiration. Analysis of pick accuracy to understand the Why and instigate corrective measures and drive best practice. To drive effectiveness & use-age of 1Navision; build internal knowledge & capability across UK Supply Chain. To maintain and drive accuracy of Supply Chain Master Data (Product, Warehouse, Logistic)

    What are we looking for?

    • Supply chain experience either in inventory planning, logistics or supply.
    • Proactive approach to change and development in line with business needs.
    • Self starter with analytical, inquisitive and continuous improvement mindset.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with external partners and internal cross functional teams.
    • Comfortable in a physical distribution centre environment.

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    • Work with Warehouse / 3PL teams to ensure all stock movements are transacted correctly through Warehouse Management System & Navision (e.g. receipts, transfers, co-pack). Understand root causes of errors and implement actions to drive out errors.
    • Maintain a good working knowledge of the functional processes within UK Supply Chain to provide inputs about the local business to Projects & Key User community
    • Proactively maintain accuracy and integrity of Item Master Data (incl. Finished Goods, Consumables, Premia and Merchandising). Set up new items accordingly and ensure full communication with logistics providers on pickface requirements.
    • Conduct routine stock reconciliations of Navision & WMS systems. Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions / process improvements to drive out errors & loss
