    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Verification and Validation

    Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our

    robotics products.

    In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing a

    comprehensive testing strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving

    the approval of production-grade software releases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Test Development: Develop and implement hardware and software testing to support the development efforts of various teams.
    • Establish Gold Standard Arena: Lead the establishment of a state-of-the-art environment, setting the gold standard for continuous testing of our robots. This environment will be critical for evaluating autonomy and data capture
    • Data Capture and Benchmarking: Capture and analyze data during testing to benchmark performance metrics.
    • Procedure Standardization: Develop and document clear and standardized to assess robot performance across different areas, including data capture, and platform functionality.
    • Production Release Approval: Assume responsibility for approving software releases. Ensure that software is thoroughly tested and meets the required quality and reliability standards before deployment.
    • Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and a streamlined workflow for software versioning.
    • Release Candidate Cadence: Implement a regular release candidate cadence to a predictable software release cycle.
    • Support for Other Teams: Work closely with other teams to conduct area-specific assess new features, and approve bug fixes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in software and hardware testing, validation, and quality assurance, a strong track record of success.
    • In-depth knowledge of mobile robotics, autonomy, and data capture technologies.
    • Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
