CR Smith Manufacturing is a fast-paced, dynamic, manufacturing organisation, producing made-to-order, bespoke window and door products for the New Build, Extension & Refurbishment sectors.

These sectors present significant opportunity for growth as demand for technically advanced, thermally efficient building products increases.


We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Representative to support our on-going growth in these sectors through our rapidly growing trade department serving small to medium, largely independent, joiners and builders.


The Role

Reporting to:
Commercial Projects Manager


Remuneration:
£22,000 - £25,000 Basic

Up to £250 monthly bonus based on performamce & sales

Company pension contributions


Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm

  • Enquiry taking and triaging
  • Checking in with customers regarding their quites and helping to convert these to sales
  • Order taking and processing
  • Confirming customer specifications
  • Facilitating and processing payments
  • After sales service
  • Proactive contribution to team meeting and development of procedures and systems

Key skills & Attributes

  • Prior experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Have some experience in technical learning (can be in any subjct matter)
  • Experience in some form of sales is an advantage
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Are computer literate and are quick to learn new softwares and systems
  • Are able to manage own work load and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Have impeccable attention to detail

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • Performance bonus

  • Cowdenbeath, KY4 9ED: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
