Job:
Multi-Skilled Security Installation Engineer (Fire & Security)

Salary:
£32,000pa to £38,000pa DOE (Travel time paid door to door)**
Remote Working / Field Based, Monday to Friday


Netwirking Recruitment are working alongside an established, independently owned business who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic Fire & Security systems who are searching for an experienced Multi-Skilled Security Installation Engineer to jointhem.

Your main role will be to carry out installation and commissioning of electronic security systems in the field. You will get a company car, laptop and phone.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Installation and commissioning of electronic security systems
  • Maintenance and repairs when required
  • Provide reliable and quality support to customers
  • Assist customers and regional team with technical issues
  • Provide assistance and training to other team members as required
  • Be present for an on call rota

  • Must have a high level of experience of the Fire & Security industry
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours when required
  • Excellent technical knowledge of security systems
  • Have a systematic/logical approach to tasks & problems
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out quickly & efficiently
  • Be presentable in person and in vehicle and tools
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be aware of and responsible for the equipment required to complete the necessary works including emergency van stock.
  • Understand the need for precise completion of paperwork records of jobs and full use of PDA device.
  • Good knowledge of London and the home counties postcodes
  • Good customer service skills
  • The ability to think oustside of the box
  • Excellent time keeping
