We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, confident, and passionate Store Manager to join our Central Convenience Store.

Protecting and growing business performance through team development and active brand/product promotion at a local level will be a key priority.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Coach and develop store team to deliver outstanding service, and facilitating as much interaction on the shop floor as possible
Present the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
Build relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand
Identify opportunities to improve store performance and support activities to generate additional business
Agree and deliver action plans to develop and improve store performance
Analyse any available management information to maximise store turnover and profitability
Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members
Lead your store team to achieve all team and individual targets
