Join our Readymix division as an Area Sales Manager and take charge of securing new business opportunities in Scotland's Central Belt.

This opportunity involves spearheading sales efforts, from quoting to project management, while fostering client relationships and strategic growth initiatives.

Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with new accounts to expand business opportunities.
Review and revive dormant or lapsed accounts to re-engage customers and drive sales.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities through ongoing tracking and analysis.
Generate and present commercial reports to assess performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
Take responsibility for EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) at the plant level, driving profitability.

You will focus on generating high value sales to new customers across the central belt territory , seizing every opportunity.

You'll raise the Aggregate Industries brand within your designated sales territory and win new business.
Achieve allocated sales revenue/margin, budgets and targets.
You will manage systems and processes to support the achievement of commercial targets.
