Description

Due to continued success, our client is now looking to recruit an Experienced, Hands-on
Head of Sales & Retention's people leader based in the North West.


Key responsibilities:


  • Working with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver the plan including Finance, Marketing, Sales, retention, Product
  • Strategic ownership & delivery of:
  • Sales Contact Centre Operations (Telesales, Lead Generation, Cross Sales, Loyalty)
  • Communications programme for existing customers
- "Go to Market" plans for new products and promos

  • Customer loyalty programme
  • Overall ownership of portfolio & proposition ensure it is aligned to "customer needs" and delivering value growth to the business (both revenue and profit)
  • Ownership of lead providers and other thirdparty relationships as required
  • Working with the product team to ensure product roadmap is aligned to customer needs
  • Supporting compliance programme & in particular planning for & execution of PSR directions
  • Being the overall voice of customer, balancing revenue growth with customer duty and CSAT
  • Working with IT to ensure the CRM strategy is aligned to support delivering the above in line with GDPR policies & governance
  • Working with Marketing teams to plan and execute targeted marketing plans aligned to our priority sectors
  • Be present on social media be a thought leader and represent our brand accordingly
  • Support the wider sales & retention teams teams with skills and knowledge that will also help them grow our customer base and be available to visit customers when needed.
