If you want to make a real difference to the community, then welcome to Richmond Fellowship as an IPS Employment Service Manager.
Right now, we're looking for someone like you to help manage the day‐to‐day running of a team of Employment Specialists across Surrey and N.As well as ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who have all manner of health conditions who use our services, we'll rely on you to manage the IPS service delivery, line manage front line staff and work with our established clinical partners.
Whether you're carrying out an induction and training package, putting team development plans in place, integrating your staff across the community, one thing's for sure – you won't be short of challenge and variety.
Substantial experience gained managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs is a given, as well as being outcome driven and able to lead by example using your firm but inclusive management style.
You have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners and other organisations and you develop and support your team to become a high performing IPS employment service.
What's more, you will need to be great at managing conflicting priorities on time, have a flexible attitude to working hours.
If you have experience of carrying out investigations, writing reports/recommendations or managing budgets, even better, although it's not essential.There are two permanent full-time roles available requiring the post holder to work 37.Richmond Fellowship is part of Recovery Focus, a national group of charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence.

Richmond Fellowship is a national mental health charity Making Recovery Reality for thousands of people every year. Our models to support recovery include supported housing, residential care homes, community-based support, crisis services and social enterprises.Our roles across the organisation include Recovery Workers and Employment Advisors as well as jobs in our central services team, including HR, Finance, Business Development and Communications and Marketing.
