    To be responsible for all Planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for their assigned Project. Ensuring Total Mobile is always up to date and all data inputted is accurate to enable accurate reporting.
    Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
    Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection surveys.
    Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service
    Experience of updating Total Mobile or other Works Management System
    Proficient in the use of Total Mobile and Microsoft office applications (outlook; excel and word)
