    As a Barclays Rates Trade Processing Senior Dev Lead, it will be your accountability to work on specific strategic programs within the front office.

    Working as part of a 5 to 6-person development scrum in Glasgow
    Developing high-quality, resilient and robust solutions to FO & MO requirements
    Improving application performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements
    Working with development scrums globally
    Excellent Core Java skills
    Robust knowledge of CI and unit test frameworks
    In depth experience with XML and related technologies
    Skills that will help you in the role:
    Good technical experience with databases and SQL
    Experience with java profilers (e.g., Experience of Agile development process
