    Are you passionate about enhancing the quality of life for renal dialysis patients? As a Healthcare Assistant at our Salisbury clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care following Diaverum procedures, ultimately improving our patients' quality of life.

    We're committed to your professional growth and will provide comprehensive training, including on-the-job training, e-learning, and access to our in-house education program, 'd Academy.

    '

    Maintaining clean equipment following proper training.
    Conducting health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
    Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health; Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
    Ideally, previous experience in a hospital and healthcare setting.
    A positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
    Excellent communication skills (oral + written) with fluency in English.


    Full-time position, 37.Monday to Saturday, with 12-hour shift from 7am to 7pm (please note there are no nights or Sunday working).

    Competitive Salary of up to £23,532 depending on experience.
    Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours (150 hours every 4 weeks).

    Nurses new to Diaverum will undergo a 12-week supernumerary period where they will be trained to deliver the care required with in the clinic.

    You will be supported by a senior team structure to prioritise nurse development and wellbeing.

    Our nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 giving you the required time to care for your patients holistically.

    Our nurses work a range of shifts including earlies, lates, and long days between Monday to Saturday (No Sundays) allowing for a flexible working pattern.
