- Experience of running a Global Infrastructure estate, including data centres, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing environments, for a Regulated business, ideally Front Office environments.
- Experience Leading Global Follow-the-Sun Teams, with proven ability to lead and manage cross-regional teams, ensuring continuous support and operational excellence across different time zones.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to effectively convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels and facilitate collaboration across teams and regions.
- AWS Solutions Architect experience, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management (Cross Region): Experience in effectively managing and leading diverse teams across regions, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment while driving performance and achieving strategic objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services sector, such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, and industry-specific regulations like MiFID II.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure operations, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, system failures, and operational disruptions.
