The City & Capital Group are delighted to be the search partner of a private equity backed, consumer finance focused, fintech platform provider who have engaged our services in order to appoint a high performing Business Development Manager (Partnerships)into a newly created role.

The ideal individuals will take responsibility for the origination of new lending opportunities by working in partnership with large consumer brands.

Our client provides provide a full range of consumer finance products spanning loans, cards, mortgages and motor via a white labelled platform on behalf of 30+ well known consumer brands.

The growth plans for the business are ambitious but achievable giventhe market leading proposition and significant investment plans of the business.

The salary on offer is between £50k - £70k for the ideal individual which will be complemented by a pension, PMI and a generous bonus structure.

Higher offers may be considered for exceptional individuals if and where relevant.

This role will be home based with regular travel between client sites and the group's UK offices.

Required Experience

Proven ability to originate new partnerships business with major UK consumer brands
Financial Services sector experience is essential
Good analytical skills combined with a working knowledge of data interrogation software
