    Description

    You will be required to work as part of a team in an extended day, extended year centre, and support the development of high-quality early learning and childcare for children and families.

    You will provide children with a range of appropriate experiences and learning opportunities suitable for their age and stage of development within the context of National Curriculum Guidance, Health and Social Care Standards and the new Quality Standard.

    This is a dynamic role for all individuals working with children in our centre, supporting children and making great use of our indoor and outdoor environments.

    You will support the creation of a safe, caring, stimulating, thought provoking and inclusive environment, working in partnership with parents and families to get it right for every child.

    You must possess a relevant childcare qualification as defined in the role profile and have at least one years' experience in working in an early years centre.

    Equalities monitoring will be conducted to ensure a fair and equitable process with screening being carried out to anonymise sensitive information such as age, gender and disability.
