    Key Responsibilities of a

    Registered Manager:
    Spearhead our reputable domiciliary care team, leveraging your expertise to enhance service delivery.
    Devise and execute strategies to expand private care hours, maximizing profitability and sustainability.
    Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company standards, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
    Cultivate strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, prioritizing their needs for exceptional care.
    Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive work environment and professional growth opportunities.


    Registered Manager Requirements:
    Proven track record in managerial roles within domiciliary care, with a focus on service expansion.
    Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and franchise standards, ensuring adherence and continuous improvement.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with clients and team members.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth.

    Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or equivalent experience.
