Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice.

This one year apprenticeship in Level 3 Business and Admin is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in an office environment.

As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while supporting our administrative team. Time will be given to complete the Apprenticeship on the job assignments on a weekly basis.

At the conclusion of the one year apprenticeship it is hoped that you will have fully integrated into the firm and go one to become a fulltime member of staff.


Duties:


  • Assist with various office tasks, including reception, document management and basic post completion duties
  • Provide support in answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
  • Utilise computerised systems and software, such as Hoowla, to complete assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with clients or customers

Requirements:


  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and typing
  • Familiarity with office software such as excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note:
All positions at our company are paid, including apprenticeships.


Salary:
From £11,700.00 per year
