- Delivering engaging and interactive lessons across various subjects and year groups, in line with the school curriculum.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student learning.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and implementing the school's behaviour management policies when necessary.
- Providing constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and development.
- Collaborating with other staff members and following the school's policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience working as a Secondary School Teacher, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and with different age groups.
- Current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one.
