Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

This is a versatile role that includes various Marketing and Communication activities, which include but is not limited to:

Product Marketing
Packaging
Manufacturing

This Marketing Specialist position is a versatile role that includes various Marketing and Communication activities, which include but are not limited to:

Content Marketing:
Manage the company Media Plan (Press Release, Editorials, Blogs, Adverts....)
Digital Marketing:
Manage and maintain the company website to ensure it meets the needs of customers and stays relevant
Oversee the company's corporate LinkedIn account
Event Marketing:
Ensure the success of company exhibitions (an average of 68 per year globally in Paris, Dubai, Shanghai, Leeds etc....).
Brand Marketing:
The Marketing Specialist will be the gate keeper for company corporate branding and will support the entire organisation to build communication in line with their branding
Product Marketing

Identify with the company Sales team potential markets and customers to support a business case for new product development
Build/update company product sheets
Build new product launch documents and coordinate the sales organisation training
Lead product promotion campaigns to support global and regional sales strategy
Previous experience in Manufacturing industry required, ideally packaging, and previous experience in B2B required.
Experience/ knowledge of aerosol, filling, pumps, closures industry is a plus.
With the company located in Leighton Buzzard, the Marketing Specialist should ideally be located a commutable distance away.
