    The Job:
    As a Document Production Specialist.

    This role is joining a friendly document production team based in London (EC2A 4DN) and you will be providing fee earners with a seamless, professional, accurate and efficient document production service.


    Responsibilities will include:
    Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, etc. from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the Document Production systems/proceduresProducing digital and audio dictationProducing transcription including multi-voice Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational chartsProducing mail mergesProducing Excel spreadsheets and graphsEffectively using the Document Production workflow system to prioritise and deal with incoming and outgoing workSense checking documents that have been produced to ensure they are correct, in line with house style or original format Liaising with the Document Production team leader and legal PAs, as appropriate, in relation to document production matters and queriesEffectively managing workloads to ensure all deadlines are met and clients advised of progressAdvising clients on the appropriate formatting and styles for their documentsProviding an expert word support function to all areas of the firm

    The Person:
    For this role they are looking for the following skills and experience:Document Production experienceLegal experienceMust have fast and accurate audio typing/digital dictation experienceAdvanced knowledge of WordExcellent knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF Pro/similarAdvanced formatting and numbering styles experience (including house style and multi level styles)

    The Location:

    The Salary:
    £32,000

    The Hours:
    Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
