Our client is a well known national law firm with offices in Manchester. They have a highly enviable client base and are well known throughout the legal industry for their construction team. They are looking for a Construction Solicitor who specialises in non-contentious work to join their team.
As a Construction Solicitor your duties will include:

Supporting a wide variety of construction work from advising government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors and professional teams in relation to project procurement techniques (including facilities management) and dispute avoidance and resolution mechanisms.

Working closely with existing clients to maintain and develop relationships, acting as a trusted advisor capable of providing timely and quality advice whilst managing expectations.

You will be a Construction Solicitor of at least 1PQE who is looking for an exciting new role.
