    Wearelooking for a recruitment coordinator or junior resourcer tojoinour growing recruitment team. You will work closely with theInhouseRecruitment Manager and wider business to coordinate therecruitmentactivity whilst helping source and attract high calibrecandidatesfor a wide variety of roles across thebusiness.

    • Broadrecruitmentadministrationduties
    • Usingvarious sourcingmethods to identify and screen quality candidatesfor a range ofdifferent roles in a high volumeenvironment.
    • Assistingincreating and managing candidate networks andpipelines
    • Supportingthe teamto achieve fulfilment targets and meet recruitment KPIs tosupportambitious company scaleup.
    • Supportingtherecruitment and selection process to attract highcalibrecandidates.
    • Contributetowardseffective marketing and social media campaigns to build astrongcompany brand and attracttalent.
    • Developunderstandingof technical job briefs and write compellingdetailedadverts

    • Previousexperience ina busy recruitment environment (Inhouseispreferable)
    • Agoodunderstanding of multiple methods of sourcing talentacrossdifferentplatforms

    • Strongorganisational& prioritisationskills
