Senior Finance Manager


Type:
Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid Working (Monday to Friday)


Netwirking Recruitment are working with an award-winning finance practice in Newcastle who are providing proactive advice to businesses looking to raise growth and development capital, refinance, acquire or sell, requires experienced Senior Finance Managerto join its progressive and growing team.

They were recently named one of the top financial advisers in the region and have won many awards.


This role would suit a qualified accountant with 1 to 3 years of corporate finance experience in practice or industry.


The key duties of the role are:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Producing business plans, information memorandums and business valuations.
  • Carrying out detailed research to identify potential strategic buyers and acquisition targets alike.
  • Preparing detailed financial models.
  • Helping to market businesses for sale.
  • Project leading transactions.
  • Helping clients secure growth / development capital.
  • Ensuring all the regulatory aspects of a transaction have been considered.
  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA/equivalent)
  • Have 13 years of corporate finance experience.
  • Be driven to deliver excellent client service.
  • Have a track record in delivering to tight client deadlines.
  • Enjoy networking with business owners and other professionals.
  • Have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
