- Lead the consolidation and migration of legacy data to our new cloud-based data platform.
- Design and implement master and transactional data models to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop ETL pipelines and cloud data storage solutions that meet business requirements and non-functional needs.
- Collaborate closely with data analysts, visualization engineers, and project managers to deliver data solutions.
- Surface data for analytical consumption and prepare data for ML/predictive and prescriptive models.
- Proficiency with Databricks and building data pipelines on Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong data modeling and analysis skills.
- Experience across functional areas such as Clinical, Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR, Risk, or general NHS/healthcare. (must have solid experience working with clinical data)
- Advanced SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with other cloud providers (GCP or AWS) and data mesh solution architecture.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology, clinical frameworks, and ethical considerations.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data protection policies.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, SAP S/4, Workday, and clinical applications.
