    Our client is a global technology leader.

    They are looking for Program Product manager who will support the delivery and management of various AV/Technical projects across global portfolio.

    The ideal candidate will need to know, understand, build, and deliver a full range of audio-visual and network products including conference rooms, presentation rooms, training rooms, wireless deployments, mobile builds, IDF expansions, and Managed Network Environments.

    They should be able to work autonomously, and all projects should be delivered with highest standards.

    You should have a comprehensive understanding of defined AV/network products and processes, understand the technology capabilities of each product, and are able to anticipate risks and mitigate them.

    You look beyond your immediate scope and consider global requirements when addressing process development.
    Establish the forward-looking strategy and gain support for implementation.


    • Conduct pre-project requirement gathering, scoping, project approval, planning, oversee delivery and verification of strategic goals.
    • Assist in cross-regional AV/network products and projects or operate in new areas within their region as required within the portfolio.
    • Add value where product/project strategy is defined, and seek guidance as needed.
    • Understand technology capabilities of each product, anticipate risks, and perform mitigation when possible.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify resources, assemble project teams, and assign responsibilities.
    • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports on aggregate portfolio health and performance highlighting status, key activities accomplished, known risks, critical issues and blockers, financials, timeline, and scope changes.
    • Incident Management reports including discovery, resolution, and lessons learned for aggregate portfolio and individual key projects as required.
    • Audit and inspection reports for aggregate portfolio and individual key projects.
    • Document management summary reports. Once projects are complete within the timeline mutually agreed upon during regular debriefs. The assigned projects and Services will meet certain defined standards and expectations, as agreed with the contractor at the time of onboarding and/or during regular debriefs.
    Experience in core project management methodologies.


    • Experience communicating with a diverse audience, including the ability to propose solutions and explanations in writing by portraying strong communication and influencing skills.
    • Project/Program management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, AGILE, SCRUM etc).
