_Forced Migration Review_ (FMR) seeks an experienced leader to provide 12 months of cover for the main post-holder's maternity leave.

Applicants should have a degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the field of social science and possess some knowledge and experience of forced migration/development issues and the international humanitarian community.

They must be a self-directed strategic thinker with the capacity to problem-solve, take initiative, set priorities, and exercise good judgment in an organised and professional manner.

The position is offered part-time (60-80% FTE). Flexible working arrangements can be requested however some presence in the Oxford office is required on a regular basis.
