    Role Overview:

    As a KS3 & KS4 Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) within our vibrant school community.

    You will work closely with teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Utilise your SEND experience to provide tailored support to students with diverse needs.
    Employ effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive learning environments.
    Demonstrate a good sense of humour while fostering supportive relationships with students.
    Showcase excellent use of initiative to adapt and respond to the evolving needs of students.
    Understand and cater to different children's needs and learning styles to facilitate their academic and personal development
