Legal Receptionist/ Administrator
Salary up to £25k DOE
South Manchester
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic High Street Multi Practice Law Firm in the South Manchester area who are seeking a Legal Secretary and Administrator
Duties to include
- To provide excellent customer service promoting the firm whenever possible
- Meeting and greeting clients and offering refreshments
- To answer all incoming calls effectively and transfer through to relevant staff
- To make telephone contact with clients and outside bodies
- To undertake filing, scanning, faxing and photocopying
- To arrange appointments and meetings as required
- To deal with banking and petty cash
- All post duties including, opening, distributing and franking the offices post.
- To update case management system
- To maintain stationery
- Opening, closing and storing of files.
Skills required
- Must have good organisational skills
- Must have attention to detail (Accuracy essential)
- IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to work well within a team
- Motivated, friendly, confident, reliable & team player
