We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Proposition Experience Consultant within our Workplace Proposition team; part of the Pensions and Savings business under the Standard Life brand.

The role
You will have the opportunity to get involved in several areas, which include:

  • Ensuring that our workplace proposition for members is managed in line with the expectations we have set with them, their employers, and trustees. This will include working with the wider business and external stakeholders (clients, EBCs, trustees and the IGC) to understand what insight is telling us and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting new propositions and enhancements to market within our workplace business, which will involve working closely with our marketing and distribution colleagues to ensure we deliver the optimal messaging and narrative to support our new business aspirations.
  • Using customer and market insight to understand how we can design and deliver products and services that better meet customer and client needs and resolve pain points; making recommendations for future activity.

  • A key part of the role is working with others to find solutions to sometimes quite complex problems so if you like puzzles and solving problems, this might be a good role for you. Risk management - Working in a highly regulated environment you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and monitoring potential risks and controls. You may often have to balance risks to our customers and shareholders and provide recommendations on how to move forward.

Looking beyond
  • An understanding of key trends and drivers in the pensions and savings industry and its regulatory landscape would be particularly advantageous, especially if you are able to understand its impact on our customers.

Perhaps your background is in business analysis, or you've been in a customer-facing or customer-centric role. We're interested in what skills you can bring to the job.
