Rehabilitation Support Worker - Community Stroke Team

Band 3/ 4

Location:
Tower Hamlets

37.5 hours a week

Start:
Asap - (ongoing)

Qualifications/ Experience:

Previous experience working within either the NHS or in Social Care as an RSW or therapy assistant. A qualified therapist awaiting HPC registration could be perfect to get some NHS experience.

HCPC Registration
Must have right to work in the UK
