    Harris Vehicle Hire based in Livingston are looking to take on an Operations Support Apprentice to join their successful team.

    Harris Vehicle Hire provides vehicle hire services to both public and private sectors and specialises in van rental.

    With 25 years' experience in the industry, the business has all the necessary tools to meet any demand across a wide variety of fleet requirements.

    Generating invoices on Xero to send to customers
    Use of Microsoft Office including Excel to produce and amend reports which are then sent to customers on Outlook
    Working to become a system expert on a new Fleet Management Software system which will help with booking rentals for customers as well as noting down invoice details and further management information such as claims, damages and length of rentals
    Responding to customer enquiries and ongoing rental bookings both over the phone whilst taking down notes online and sometimes in person
    Working out estimates and filling in booking sheets on the Fleet Management Software and also on Excel
    Monday to Thursday 9:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 9:30am – 4pm
    Working with people with vast experience within the field and sharing knowledge
