This role is absolutely perfect if you are empathetic and can really engage & tune into a customer and their needs

Yes, this is a Credit Control role but it certainly isn't one where you are phone bashing, or typically "debt collecting" but more so negotiating a payment plan solution that is manageable for the customer.

It's the perfect role for someone who has experience of dealing with customers who are either vulnerable or are in financial difficulty - and what job satisfaction you will get when you can make life a little easier for them

Honestly, when I took the spec, I thought to myself, this is just brilliant for Credit Controllers who are good at what they do, enjoy their job but want to feel like they're giving something back rather than just reducing debt
