Property Manager - Newhaven - c£33k

We're working with a multi-office, independent ARMA-Q accredited, reputable managing agent who oversee a mixed, long retained and well-run portfolio of blocks (and unadopted roads) from Brighton to Eastbourne.

They now require an additional PropertyManager as follows:

Working within a friendly, inclusive, close knit team of Property Managers
Managing a mixed portfolio of blocks and unadopted road across the South Coast, from Brighton to Eastbourne
Undertaking the full range of block management tasks, from budget setting to major works consultation and insurance provision
Site visits and AGM's
Liaison with other inhouse teams (Surveying, Accounts etc.) as required

The suitable Property Manager will:

Come from a stable career background
Live within range of Newhaven (although attendance at the office every day is not required)
Have good general block management experience
Prefer independent practice over corporate employment

**Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £33k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
