- Your expertise in machine setup, and precision machining will ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet strict industry standards and specifications.
- You will work closely with engineers, and other manufacturing personnel to achieve efficient and accurate machining operations.
- Ability to set Work Shifts including 4th Axis and Trunions.
- CNC Setter/Operators must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor the machining process closely, making adjustments to tooling or machine settings as necessary to maintain precision and quality.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in operating CNC machines, specifically Heidenhain & Fanuc Controls
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., Capability to identify and resolve common CNC machine issues, such as tooling problems.
- Proficiency in conducting routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to document and maintain accurate production records, including setup sheets, tool lists & kits
