Insight Account Director - £42,000 + bonus - Remote or Hybrid Working - Market Research

The Insight Director is responsible for ensuring success of the ANZ Client Success team with the primary goal being to ensure that all reasonable client expectations are met or exceeded.


You will demonstrates exemplary insight delivery at all times, and both lead and support in proposal writing, designed to help influence & support successful strategies of some of the world's biggest consumer brands.


Demonstrating strong commercial awareness, the Insight Director motivates, leads & inspires the Client Success team to support Client Solutions to deliver on objectives within the account plans, as well as contributing to business development opportunitiesthrough supporting senior stakeholder engagement.


Main duties & respoinsibilities:


Insight, Consultancy & Presentation

  • Consults with stakeholders to provide strategic insight utilising macro trends & context data
  • Oversee delivery of all major projects & presentations for clients; ensuring the team are following best practice and processes consistently to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard & on time.
  • Coach teams to cut through data & 'clutter' to identify important insight & findings
  • Ensure a high level of understanding across the industry and client businesses/strategies, with a focus to add value through relevant and actionable insights.
  • Continuously challenge & ask yourself what are we doing to support our client's strategic objectives & growth.

Commercial and Client

  • Working alongside Client Solutions in the defence & expansion of existing business held for all assigned clients, ensuring Client Solutions team have the support and information needed for all contract renewals
  • Write proposals and support the team on complex proposals where necessary to ensure high quality proposals and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Provide true consultative solutions to client business questions, fostering high quality client partnerships, backed up by delivering best in class insights
  • Support on all large client project pitches & support Client Solutions team with contract negotiations
  • Support ANZ teams to prepare & deliver top quality proposals & presentations

Leadership

  • Provide inspiring leadership & direction, painting a clear vision & creating aspirational goals that are in line with business objectives
  • Ensure team understand goals & objectives of the business, helping them to understand how what they do fits & is meaningful
  • Be clear on what this means for your team's progression opportunities & how their actions can help meet their personal goals
  • Demonstrate commitment to ensuring team wellbeing
  • Act as coach, helping team to develop their skills & gain experience, constantly thinking about training sessions & development ideas to implement that will benefit the whole team
