Full Time/PermanentOur Client is a dedicated personal injury law firm based in Liverpool.
You will be an integral part of the Software and IT team, a fantastic opportunity to be an effective
member of the IT Team helping to develop, maintain and support the ProClaim Case Management
System (CMS) with the opportunity to work on a variety of other projects and technologies such as
Power BI and .Net\NodeJS.
Maintain the ProClaim server environment including the ProClaim Task Servers
Demonstrate excellent coding skills
Provide relevant support via the IT Service Desk function.
Support end users with their usage of ProClaim and associated systems\software.
Ensure code quality is high by providing evidence of unit testing and assist with peer code reviews.
Implement software updates with minimal contention and which is completed without configuration and version errors.
Maths Coding
Screen Design & Field Creation
Auto Routines & SQL
Full working knowledge of Workflow & Database Maintenance
Some working knowledge of proclaim web\REST services
Competence with creating custom reports in proclaim and accounts
Ability to maintain all systems in use in the accounts & proclaim department
Experience with creating structured documentation upon completion of projects and arrange relevant training, using Word & Visio
