    Created in 1996 it specialises in the manufacture and supply of batteries, battery packs, chargers and lighting products for both individuals and professionals, through our brands Hawkwoods, Allbatteries, ENIX Energies and ENIX Power Solutions.

    We are looking for a Site Manager on a permanent contract based in Ashford.

    Reporting to the UK Director, you will implement the commercial development strategy for our Ashford site, which consists of around twenty employees.

    Coordinate the management of strategic accounts with a strong presence in the field and contribute to acquiring major accounts.

    Define and build commercial action plans in collaboration with Sales Directors.

    Evaluate the individual performance of your team through regular interviews: analysis of performance indicators (KPIs), assessment of goal achievement, implementation of corrective actions.

    Develop and monitor the operating budgets of the sales department (human and financial resources) in close collaboration with General Management and the Administrative and Financial Department.

    You also have responsibility for the operational management of the site, ensuring the implementation of sales actions, team development, and financial profitability.

    You establish quality social dialogue, ensure the prevention and safety of the employees.
    You perform all your duties with a spirit of continuous improvement while respecting internal processes and group policies.

    The ideal candidate will hold a Higher Education degree such as a MBA or MSc in Technical discipline.

    You have at least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a position involving the management of a multidisciplinary team and/or in sales, commerce, partly acquired in the technical products sector.

    You are experienced in international trading environments as well as the understanding and monitoring of a P&L.
    You have a strong aptitude for IT tools, e-commerce, and numbers. Rigor, organization, priority management, interpersonal skills, curiosity, and leadership are your assets to succeed in this position.
    Bonus: 9.100.
