    Role Overview:

    As an ESG Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our client's sustainability agenda. You will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, and reporting on various ESG factors impacting the company's operations and performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop strategies to enhance environmental efficiency, social impact, and corporate governance practices across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments and analyze relevant data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for positive impact.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies, policies, and decision-making processes.
    • Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and best practices related to sustainability and ESG reporting.
    • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and communications on ESG performance to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory bodies.
    • Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including carbon reduction programs, community engagement efforts, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in ESG analysis, sustainability reporting, or corporate social responsibility within the maritime industry or related sectors.
    • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and metrics (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and their application to business practices.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others towards sustainable practices.
    • Commitment to the principles of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and ethical business conduct.
