We are looking for a practice manager to join our newly extended 7 surgery site in Woodbridge, Suffolk
:

You will be joining a well-established yet expanding team within a brand-new bespoke practice with all new top of the range equipment and scanners, which is the result of a £0.5M investment

The practice is fully staffed and offers huge potential to the new manager to help grow the private patient base

Located within a Business centre there is a full staff carpark on site and just a 10 minute walk from the bus stop and town centre, facilities also visit the site for sandwiches/snacks at lunchtime as well.

Whether you have a background working in healthcare or you have developed great leadership and business skills in other sectors, such as retail or hospitality, we are keen to hear from you.

As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing highquality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with selfemployed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
